3 large peaches peeled and pureed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 sweet onion diced
4 cloves garlic diced
½-1 can tomato sauce (I used ½ a regular sized can, just depends on how tomatoey you want it)
¾ cup beef stock
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp GF soy sauce
1 small can crushed pineapple (maybe ½ cup)
1 Tbsp chilli powder
¼-1/3 cup honey (add only ¼ at first and see how sweet it
is)
salt and pepper to taste
In a sauce pan heat olive oil over med heat add onion and garlic. Once the onions are
translucent add everything else and bring just to a boil. Turn to low and let
simmer for 20 minutes until it’s thick. Put it all in a blender and blend until
smooth!
